We provide free express shipping for different countries across the world and we ship the products through Express Mail Service (EMS). For each and every shipping, we provide a unique tracking number to all of our customers in order to trace their parcel.


Express Mail Service is not covered for some of the countries and hence we ship the package through Registered Air Mail(RMS). Usually, our order packages are dispatched on the weekdays. Shipping details are required to deliver the package hence make sure to provide accurate information about your name, contact number, mail id and delivery address. Our shipping packages are discreet hence we do not mention any information elsewhere in the parcel. Suppose if your delivery address would contain PO box number, you will inquire to receive it from your nearby post office.

What is the price of shipping service?

We do not charge any amount for shipping service yet you will get it at free of cost.

How to track my order shipment?

Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, we send a unique tracking number to your email id. Sometimes the email ends up on spam folder, so kindly check it there in case of not receiving on the primary folder.

Is it required for me to stay at the delivery location to receive the shipment package?

Anybody can receive and sign for the package on behalf of yourself. Alongside, you can track your shipment and once the package arrives your regional post office, you can make a call to them and schedule pick up or delivery based on your convenience.

 When will you deliver the package?

There are several factors carried out in shipping the parcel to your location hence we do not enclose accurate time for package delivery on any other order confirmation page. An estimated time of delivery of your package is 8-10 business days( For EMS) and 13-15 business days(For RMS). Even some packages will deliver before an estimated delivery time and some parcels may take up to 25 days via EMS and 57 days via RMS.

Do you provide overnight delivery?

As of now, we do not offer overnight shipping to any other countries. Due to some problems, we hold up this service but definitely, we will bring it soon for all customers from various countries.

I cannot able to locate my country enrolled in the form of shipment

Of course, you can get our product. Just create an account with and thereafter you will receive an address. Utilize that address as the delivery location during an order placement with us. But you have to make use of this service at your own risk. Because a cited site is a third party portal and that it not belong to us.

 EMS does not support my country. What is the procedure to obtain the product from you?

Tracking details will be sent out to your email when your order package being ship from our place. At any time you can click on the link “Tracking Status” in the mail in order to track your shipment package. Our well-trained customer support team will always monitor the packages and drop a mail in case of any shipping exclusions(incorrect delivery address, receive it from postal office or anything related to the shipment package). Kindly make sure to check it your spam folder for any mail notification from us. You can not able to view the track update status for 1-2 weeks in case of your RMS orders because the package will be held up with the customs. Sorry for your inconvenience, actually we cannot able to do anything for the customs delays so please be patient for some days and definitely your order package will be delivered on the estimated time as we promised to you. Else your package has not been delivered by us, then we offer free reshipment.
